As a result, GTS Drilling employs very few expatriates and has extensive in-house expertise.

To provide personnel with the required skills and knowledge to perform drilling at the highest levels, GTS Drilling operates Drill Training facilities at its Kumasi base which is equipped with the latest training aids, literature, and training staff. These programs are designed for new personnel as well as existing drill crews so that everyone can continue to follow our high safety standards while operating in new environments.
